Após a avaliação inicial, inicia-se o seguimento médico. Neste seguimento, as avaliações se manterão, tanto clínica quanto laboratorial. Os ajustes necessários serão feitos. Quando houver estabilização, as consultas serão espaçadas. After the initial evaluation, medical follow-up begins.
